Under limited direction, the Manager, Learning Curve manages the operations of the Learning Curve at Central Library. The Manager develops Curve goals and outcomes that are in alignment with system directives. The Manager is responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the operations and fiscal health of a business unit, department, or an operating unit within an organization. The Manager provides departmental leadership and direction in support of the organization’s goals through staffing, training, performance management and directing department workflow. The Manager is also responsible for planning and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that enable optimal performance of employees, volunteers and other resources within a business unit.
